Endukante Premanta is all about a movie that tells the story of a man who does not know the seriousness of the life. He used to enjoy the life and waste his time with his friends. To stop him from kidding and make him realize the situation his fateher intentionally send him to pairs for a business related purpose. There he meets heroin thammanah who is a daughter of India's ambassador. One day thammanah slips from building and ram is requested to take her to India.
